Alerts

Alerts

To modify or create new Alert, go to Call Flow > Alerts in the telephony Menu.



Name: Name of the Alert.

Enabled: Toggle if to enable or disable the alert.


Notify when ANY of the following is true: There are 3 alert condition available as below:

PBX Connection is down: You can specify for a selected PBX location or ALL PBX.

PBX free disk space is below: You can specify the threshold or remain disk space in the root partition for selected PBX location or ALL PBX.

PBX database sync error:You can specify for a selected PBX location or ALL PBX.


Notify with the following actions:

This is where you select the email template to send out when the condition hits. Below is an example of the template with placeholders.



Placeholders available

{{AlertName}} - will replace the name of the alert.

{{AlertTriggerType}} - If connection is down, will be replaced with "PBX Connection". If disk space threshold is triggered, will be replaced with "PBX free disk space". If database sync error is detected, will be replaced with "PBX database"

{{AlertTriggerParameter}} - If connection is down, will be replaced with "is Down". If disk space threshold is triggered, will be replaced with "is below". If database sync error is detected, will be replaced with "sync error"

{{AlertTriggerSource}} - Will specify the PBX location or ALL PBX

{{AlertTriggerState}} - Will show the current status if it is Detected or Resolved

{{AlertTriggerCurrentValue}} - If connection is down, will be replaced with "UP or DOWN". If disk space threshold is triggered, will be replaced with "current remaining disk space". If database sync error is detected, will be replaced with "UP or DOWN"
