Updating the Form
After the form has been converted into ticket and posted on a specific ticket folder, you can still able to update the content of the form or add description on the form.

From the ticket view pane, double click on disposition [link] just below the mail header. (Refer to figure above, encircled in red)
The original form will appear, edit the information on the form and click [save] to update the form.
