Pickup Groups
Agents - Pickup Groups
To modify or create new Pickup groups, go to Agents > Pickup Groups in the telephony Menu.
Both creating new and editing will open a popup screen. Agents in the same pickup group can pick up calls of one another by dialing *8.
There are a few fields to fill in.
- Name: Name of the pickup group
- Description: Optional field to add a description for that pickup group.
- Enabled checkbox: Pickup group is enabled only if this checkbox is checked.
- Pickup group members: Add members that are part of the pickup group.
