Telephony Screen
Telephony Module
To access the telephony module, go to Screen > Telephony. You must be allowed access your administrator before you can see this option.
On the left of the screen, there will be a menu where all the configurations of the PBX module located. This menu may change overtime when new features are added, modified or restructured.
In all pages that has an option to create new items, click on New button over the menu. To modify an existing item, right click on the item, click on properties on the right panel.
