FocalScope is fully compliant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

FocalScope is fully committed to privacy, security, compliance and transparency. Our privacy, security and data storage policies are all aligned to GDPR. This is to ensure we are fully supporting our customers’ compliance with EU data protection requirements as outlined in the GDPR, which is enforceable as of May 25th, 2018.

All EU-based customers using FocalScope cloud edition, data is stored in secure and high-end data centers within EU.

As an integrated part of the FocalScope solution, we have features to support “Right to be Forgotten” and “Right to Portability” as per GDPR requirements. 

We offer Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to our customers to ensure FocalScope customers have their data protected by GDPR.
