Working Hours
Call Setup - Working Hours
To configure Working Hours, Go to Call Setup > Working Hours.
Both creating new and editing will open a popup screen. There are a few fields to fill in.
- Name: Name of the Time condition
- Timezone: Select timezone based on server location.
Current offset: for example, if country is +8 GTM, put 8. If country is -8 GTM, put -8. Select day to match by the checkbox and specify the time from and to.
To add Holidays or exceptions, place in the name date and time and click on Add.
To remove, select the date to remove and click on Remove.
Reset will remove all dates from the list.
