Call Setup - Enquiry Forms

To modify or create new Enquiry Form, go to Call Setup > Enquiry Forms in the telephony Menu.




Both creating new and editing will open a popup screen.

Name: Specify the name of the form.

On the screen, in the Designer tab. You will need to insert the form objects from the toolbar above to create the form as per required.


 


If you prefer to code using HTML, you can press the CODE button at the top left of the screen.  This will change the screen to a coding workspace.




To preview how the form will look like during Deposition, you can just click on the preview tab at the top of the screen.
