Ticketbox Consolidation

FocalScope has a new great feature the Ticketbox Consolidation, that will permit the usage of one folder to manage all the sub folder under it. If you have two folders a and b that you work on, instead of navigating between the tickets you can create a consolidated ticketbox, that will allow you to access all the elements within the a and b folders.


1. Create a new folder the standard way and select the type Ticketbox Consolidation.

2. Once created add the the folders that you want to see them consolidated.

Benefits of Ticketbox Consolidation

1. All the elements within the folders that were consolidated will be visible under the consolidated folder.


2. If you reply an email from the consolidated folder the system will know which email to use, without the need of choosing the email needed for the reply.
