Delaying outgoing emails for quality-checking purposes
Under certain occasions, the need may arise to delay outgoing emails for quality-checking purposes by agents or their superiors. This article details how to artificially induce a delay for all emails being sent from FocalScope.
Tutorial
Introducing a delay for outgoing emails
- In the [Main menu], click [Screen > Administration]
- Click to the [Administration] tab
- Navigate to the [Global Configuration > E-mail Parameters] folder
- In the right-hand pane, click the [Advanced] tab
- Set the delay (in seconds) for the [Delay emails...] parameter
- Click [Save] to save and effect changes
