How to use Calendar

In FocalScope, agents may create new events and set alerts for them in the system calendar. Access the shared events by expanding [shared items], then clicking on the [Shared Events] folder. Agents have two viewing options, as shown below. Select your desired viewing option by clicking on either the "day" or the "month" tab:



Event folders have checkboxes to allow agents to show/hide particular event folders. In the above example, all folders are shown. Events in [Meetings] folder are in indicated in orange background. [Promotions] in blue background and [Events] in pink background.



 

Notice that the [Promotions] checkbox has been unchecked and the items in [Promotions], which are in blue, are hidden from the contents view on the right pane.


Month View


The "Month" view shows the entire month's events. Select the month which you wish to view from the dropdown box. You will be able to view all events of the month (if any) and the date of the event.


Day View


The "Day" view shows a particular day of the calendar. Events and the hours of the day they occupy are shown. You may select the date which you wish to view from the dropdown box. You will be able to view all events for that day (if any) and the time that the event will take place in the respective columns, which indicates its timing.
