Conference

Call Flow - Conference

To modify or create new Conference, go to Conference in the telephony Menu

Both creating new and editing will open a popup screen. There are a few fields to fill in.

• Number: Conference number to dial from the IVR or internally.
• Password: If filled, the caller will need to key in the password before being able to enter the conference.
• PBX: If using multiple PBX, this will specify where the conference call will be hosted at.
• Description: Optional field to add description for that conference.
