After signing up for your FocalScope demo instance, log in to the instance. You will be presented with the setup wizard to help you complete the initial configuration to start using FocalScope. You can use your Gmail account in two ways in FocalScope:
- In [Step 2 - Shared email accounts], you can use your Gmail account as a shared ticketbox (e.g., sales@gmail.com)
- In [Step 4 - Personal email accounts], you can use your Gmail account only for your personal email (e.g., mike.smith@gmail.com). If you have created just one Gmail account just skip [Step 4] of the wizard

- Email address - this is your full email address as registered on Gmail (e.g., yourname@gmail.com)
- Login - for Gmail accounts, this is your email address or everything before the @ sign, e.g., yourname@gmail.com
- Password - the password you chose when you signed up for your Gmail account
- Type - for Gmail accounts it is recommended that you use IMAP
