FAQ - How to reset an agent's login password
This article details how to reset an agent's FocalScope login password. Please note: Passwords can only be reset in the admin screen by administrators.
Tutorial
Resetting an agent's login password
- In the [Main menu], select [Screen > Administration]
- Click the [Administration] tab
- Navigate to the [User Access Control > Users] folder
- In the right-hand pane, right-click the name of the agent whose login password is to be reset and select [Set password]
- Specify the new password for the agent
- Inform the agent to log in using their new password
