Using SugarCRM custom fields when archiving FocalScope data

FocalScope supports the use of custom fields to add unique relevant information to new contacts and leads archived from FocalScope to SugarCRM. Custom fields created in Sugar CRM are available from FocalScope user interface for viewing and editing. This article shows two examples of custom fields being used for SugarCRM contacts and leads created from FocalScope's interface.
