You can look up SugarCRM contact details form several locations in the FocalScope UI. The following are the five locations from which you can initiate a SugarCRM contact lookup from a FocalScope email.

SugarCRM contact lookup - example 1

1. In the [Preview pane] of a selected email, click on the [From / To] field (depending on which email address you want to perform a SugarCRM contact lookup)
2. In the menu select [Lookup in SugarCRM]

The SugarCRM contact information associated with that email will be retrieved and displayed in the [Lookup in SugarCRM] dialog window.

1. In the [Preview pane] of the selected email, highlight an email address
2. Right click the highlighted email address and in the menu select [Lookup in SugarCRM]

1. Open an email by double clicking it
2. Highlight and right click the email address in the [From / To] field (depending on which email address you want to perform a SugarCRM contact lookup)
3. In the menu select [Lookup in SugarCRM]

SugarCRM contact lookup - example 4

1. Open an email by double clicking it
2. In the body of the email, highlight the email address for which you want to look up the associated SugarCRM contact
3. Right click the highlighted text and select [Lookup in SugarCRM]

SugarCRM contact lookup - example 5

1. While replying to an email, highlight the email address for which you want to look up the associated SugarCRM contact
2. Notice the [Accelerator icon] appear (indicated by arrow)
3. Click on the [Accelerator icon] to see the options menu
4. Select [Lookup in SugarCRM]

Please note, if the SugarCRM contact has a phone number associated with it, you can make a call to that number directly from the [Lookup in SugarCRM] dialog window.
