Creating CRM objects from FocalScope's user interface

FocalScope-SugarCRM integration makes it possible for agents in FocalScope to create various SugarCRM objects directly from FocalScope's user interface, without them having to log into SugarCRM.

Creation of the following objects is supported:

  • Contact
  • Lead
  • Account
  • Case
  • Opportunity

The feature is accessible using the [Create] button located in the [Archive into SugarCRM] form. Figure 1 shows the [Create Contact] form as an example.
