Users hear "Anonymous Calls are not allowed." when making outgoing call
User have not logged in to the phone.
Ask the user to login to the phone by dialing 777 followed by Extension number followed by #.
Administrator can verify that the user is now logged into a phone by checking the Agent Page in Focalscope.
Above is an example where Agent is logged on to a phone is login was successful for Agent 101, 301 and 300.
If login is unsuccessful, Logged on will be blank (for example Agent 102)
