Setting up a custom (HTML) forms folder
After you've created and imported your custom HTML forms, you need to set up a custom forms folder to use the reports with other FocalScope features. This article details how to create a custom forms folder in FocalScope.

Creating a custom forms folder
- Right click either a personal or shared folder and select [New Folder]
- In the [Folder properties] window, under the general tab, specify
- An appropriate [Name] for the folder
- Set the [Type] to [Custom forms]
- Select an [Icon] to distinguish the folder
- Click [Ok] to create the new folder
- Click the [Security] tab and set the permissions for agents and groups

- Navigate to the newly created folder
- In the right-hand pane, right-click and select [New]
- In the [Template] field, select the custom HTML form to associate with the new form
- In the [Name] field, specify an appropriate name for the new form
- For fields that need to be filled out (useful for persistent information in forms), enter the information in the form preview box
- Click [Save] to create the new form in the custom forms folder
