Right click on call logs in the telephony screen and select properties.
In the security Tab. You can specify groups or users that would be able to see the call logs in their workspace. Apply these permission to all subfolders will apply the same permission for missed calls and voicemail. If not, you can set the permission separately.
With permission set for the user/group, they will be able to see the telephony tab at the bottom of the screen
On the menu, they will be able to see and access the Call Log, missed incoming and voice messages if they have permission for it.
