How Do I Check Logs?

Dial Log

To see an dial log of the call, Right Click on a Call Log entry and select dial Log

Dial Log will show information regarding the call from the point where the call started till the end. This is usually used during troubleshooting or call auditing.


Audit Log

To see an audit log of the call, Right Click on a Call Log entry and select Audit Log



Audit log will show logs where user does the below functions:

  • Download the call recording.
  • Listened to the call.
  • Whispered to the call.
  • Barge into the call.


Permissions

To check the current permission for a specific call, Right Click on a Call Log entry and select Permissions.

Permissions will show the current permission for that specific call.
