How to add multiple personal email accounts to one user

FocalScope allows the use of multiple personal emails accounts simultaneously by the same user.

     Tutorial on adding multiple personal email accounts to one user

  1. Creating the new email account
    • This is done under Administration screen
    • It is the standard process of email creation
    • Please check Figure 1
  2. Creating the new Incoming folder
    • It is done under Workspace screen
    • The type of the folder needs to be Ticketbox
    • The name of the folder should be slightly different from the default Incoming folder
    • Please check Figure 2
  3. Linking the email account to the new folder
    • It is done under Workspace screen
    • Under the folder properties in the Dedicated Email tab
    •  You can choose between the personal emails available for that user
    • Please check Figure 3
  4. Verify if the process was completed correctly
    • This is done under Administration screen
    • Under the personal email account added in the Folders Tab.
    • If the setup was correct the new Incoming folder created should appear.
    • Please check Figure 4.
