Extended user properties (by way of custom HTML forms) adds a new dimension to FocalScope reports (where supported). You can, for example, create custom fields to use as identifiers to help sort report date in a way that is more meaningful than what the base report can deliver. This article details how extended user properties can be added to FocalScope reports.

Prerequisites

Tutorial

Configuring a custom HTML form to extend user properties

  1. Create a custom HTML form to extend user properties with, for example, a [Vendor ID] field
  2. Fill in the [Vendor ID] field for all FocalScope users where it applies
  3. Continued in next section...
