Using the Contact Content Accelerator to add new contacts

FocalScope contacts can be imported from other email clients, created manually, or added from emails using the Contact Content Accelerator. This article details how you can use the Contact Content Accelerator to add new contacts to FocalScope from emails.

Adding new contacts using the Contact Content Accelerator

The Contact Content Accelerator can be used to add an email address to FocalScope's personal or shared contacts lists as follows: https://focalscope.com/kb/68/manage-contacts.html

1. In the message preview section, right-click the address field containing the email address you wish to add as a contact to FocalScope 
2. Select [Contact > Create New] and fill in the details for the new contact

The Contact Content Accelerator can also be used on highlighted text:

1. In the [Message Properties] window, highlight an email address in one of the address fields or in the email body
2. Right click the highlighted text and select [Contact > Create New] and fill in the details for the new contact
