How to troubleshoot UTC time in email notifications for phone calls

In cases when timestamps in email notifications for calls are skewed by several hours it is, most likely, caused by incorrect or missing timezone parameter in PBX/Location properties.

To check and fix the parameter following are the steps:

  • expand PBX/Location folder in the Telephony screen
  • locate country ID to which PBX that received the call belongs to
  • open properties of the country and specify proper time zone
