    FAQ - How to reset an agent's login password

    This article details how to reset an agent's FocalScope login password. Please note: Passwords can only be reset in the admin screen by administrators.

    Tutorial

    Resetting an agent's login password

    1. In the [Main menu], select [Screen > Administration]
    2. Click the [Administration] tab
    3. Navigate to the [User Access Control > Users] folder
    4. In the right-hand pane, right-click the name of the agent whose login password is to be reset and select [Set password]
    5. Specify the new password for the agent
    6. Inform the agent to log in using their new password
