• Step 1: once you have completed the signup form by entering your particulars and the name you want for your FocalScope instance, our automated process will build your FocalScope instance in no more than one minute and send your login details via email.
• Step 2: if you feel safer having the experts handle the configuration of your FocalScope instance, for your unique requirements, then simply send us an email and one of our support engineers will get in touch with you and configure your FocalScope instance.
• Step 3: with your instance configured and ready for your staff to use, you may want to access some of our online training materials to train administrators and teach staff to use some of the specialized tools available in FocalScope.

On-premise (Self-hosted)

For those interested in the on-premise edition, please contact us. Our experienced support engineers will begin the implementation remotely once you have confirmed the installation time and configuration profile. The On-premise implementation process is as follows:
