Search results obtained from the Finder Tool can be exported to Excel as records and referenced at a later time. Follow the steps in this lesson to obtain a copy of search results in Excel format.
Click on the [Find] button in the main toolbar.
In the "Finder Tool" dialog, enter your search criteria.
Click the [Preview] button to generate the search list in the preview pane (appears in the lower part of the Finder Tool window).
Click the [Export] button to export results to an Excel file.
