FocalScope is delighted to announce the release of the Task Management! Here is how it works: Upon receiving an email from a customer (e.g. billing disputes), a customer service agent may need to engage the billing team to resolve the customer's issue. Simply add a related Task to the email and assign the Task to the billing team. Get notified once the task is resolved. This allows agents to track and inform the customer quickly and effortlessly!
