The "Statistics - Number of messages per date" report shows the total number of messages sent or received in one or more ticketboxes on a particular date or over a period of time.
In the Workspace screen, expand the [Shared Items] node, click on [Report Center] and open the report [Statistics - Number of Messages Per Date], by double clicking on it.
Specify the date or period for which you wish to generate a report and specify the ticketboxes to query. Leave the ticketbox field blank if you wish to display results for total number of messages sent and received for all ticketboxes in the system. You can include searching subfolders by ticking the [Include sub-folders] flag.
The report will generate the number of incoming, sent, draft, sms, or autoreply messages for the ticketbox(es), for each day of the selected date range, specified in the [Date from] and [Date to] field.
