Post Message to Folder
The "Post to folder" function allows you to create internal messages and send them directly to a particular folder. This is useful when an e-mail account is not created for a ticketbox or can be used by users who only have FocalScope accounts and no e-mails accounts.
Firstly, activate the Account field by selecting [View] > [E-mail Accounts] (as shown from image above) from the message editor. This will display the [Account] dropdown field as shown in the image below.
Click on the [Account] dropdown field, and select the [Post to folder] option as shown above.
Continue composing your e-mail (see the lesson Create or Edit Messages for more info). Finally Click [Send]. The message will appear in the elected folder.
