Accessing the Report

In the [Report Center] folder, double click on [Detailed - Email Accounts] to launch the report generator.

Select whether you wish to view the report in [Preview], [Raw] or [Excel] mode. Learn more about each feature and the advanced options by going to the lesson on Report Center Features.

Generated Report Information

This report gives you an overview of all e-mail account's settings within FocalScope and other information associated with those e-mail accounts. The list of information this report provides is detailed below:

1. Ticketbox/Profile


2. E-mail Account


3. Display Name


4. Schedule to check new e-mails


5. Duration for the system check the server for e-mails


6. Maximum no. of e-mails to fetch


7. POP details: POP Server Address, POP Port    number, Is POP using Secure SSL? Does system leave a copy of the messages on the server? POP Server user name, POP Status. What the last POP Message Status is and what the Last POP time is.


8. SMTP details: whether system uses SMTP Secure SSL, SMTP Port number and other SMTP User information
